Turning Point offers Latino bicultural/bilingual services in all adult programs.

Emergency Shelter: A safe and secure environment for adults and children in domestic violence crisis.

Comprehensive Domestic Violence Victim Services: Crisis services for victims of domestic violence, including counseling, education and legal advocacy for victims and family members who have experienced or witnessed abuse in their homes.

Children’s Services: Counseling, education and legal advocacy for children who have experienced or witnessed abuse at home.

Trauma-Informed Mental Health Program: Therapy for adults, teens and children who have experienced emotional, physical or sexual abuse as children to help them heal from the effects of trauma and to improve their health and functioning.

Partner Abuse Intervention Program: Provides intervention and education for adults and adolescents who perpetrate or are at risk of perpetrating violence by providing non-violent behavior choice, negotiating skills and parenting skills. The program holds perpetrators accountable for their abusive actions and increases their empathy and insight for victims. Participants may be court-ordered or voluntarily enter this program.

Children’s Services (Free service)

  • Individual and group (ages 6-12) counseling
  • Teen support group and individual counseling (age 13 through high school)
  • Advocacy with schools and social service providers
  • Violence Prevention and Education Presentations (VPEP)

Trauma-Based Mental Health Services (Fees charged on need-based sliding-scale)

  • Individual therapy
  • Trauma Recovery and Empowerment support group (TREM)
